The shopping center design of Špansko - Z Centre won in its category (Retail) at the prestigious professional competition - European Property Awards 2020-2021! This competition is recognized as a mark of excellence for architectural professionals and is organized to recognize excellence and success in maintaining high standards in the real estate industry worldwide. The award has been awarded since 2002 and evaluates architectural quality, integration of the building into the environment, design, profitability and innovation: planning and construction, design, work and technology and related processes - environment and sustainability. According to Stuart Shield, president of the International Property Awards, the Špansko - Z Centre shopping center strongly reflects the style of the architectural studio that created it. What is immediately visible in some other architects - Zaha Hadid, Aedas or MK27, and what makes them different from the others, what represents their "signature", is also visible in Pulsar architecture. The strength of Z Centre lies in the design which is very lively and dramatic, both in its interior and exterior, which gives it dynamism in design and which, consequently, creates great interest among people.
